We had quite a bit of rain, lol:
Water was over my ankles in some spots. Pushed the car out of the lake before I started it up, even though I was in the clear as far as water going directly up my intakes. Better safe than hydrolocked!

Did you think it was going to be like a vacuum and suck up the water instantly at idle? lol.
Josh is running so much boost he creates low pressure systems now.
lol no, but it was higher than the under-bumper tray which was holding water, and that’s directly below the intakes by only a few inches. I could have started driving down the highway, hit a bump and that gallon or so of water would have splashed right into the filters.
Josh that water was probably so disgustingly dirty, how did you survive?
I washed my shoes & feet in antibacterial soap, lol.
but that only kills 99% of germs, what about the other 1% that is still on you?
1% is cool. Can’t be too crazy now…
But it’s you lol.
Should’ve gone with the bigger sidewall profile. Wouldn’t be a problem. Might want to consider monster truck lift.
There were 2-3" puddles in my jeep this morning and I drove to my parents’ garage in the rain. I had fun.
^^ You had it much worse than I did then!
It’s actually quite fun during a sprinkle. During the heavy rain I will put the roof canopy up but that is it, still no windows or doors.
This reminds me of my parking lot. I was parking the mazda out at the end of the parking lot to get interest in selling it. Every time it rains it creates a massive puddle. One day it rained so hard the whole care was parked in the puddle with the front of it touching the front bumper. Pole vaulting was the only way in the car for it was about 3 - 4" in the front. never again did I park there or will I.
