This. Magnetic led strip wired into the plug for the OEM light, stuck to the trunk before you pull in. Just run the wire up over the trucklid. Pass insp, pull it off and stuff in the glovebox till next year.

done deal, buy the lip.

FYI you can buy the led lights from AA.

Tamon makes one that goes over the third light so it’s legal. Problem is it’s stupid expensive–almost double the ASM after paint. Fuuuhhhhhh.

Also out of site out if mind. Most places I have seen. If they don’t notice it they look right over it. Half of them don’t even know what comes on the car unless the bulbs out. Iv seen people fail cars for a reflector, thinking it lights up :ponder
