I am apartment searching. Sometime in the past I heard you can look up the ex tenants of a house or apt’s gas or electric bill online. Something about how its public record so anyone can view it. Does anyone know where this can be seen exactly?

just call the utility company directly and they can provide you that information in most cases. I think nimo is the only who wont talk to you about it.
seriously? so you dont move into a place thats gonna cost double for utilities than you are paying in rent
you can call the company that provides it and get info on the last cost but you cant get the name from what i recall
Yeah just call the company, provide the address and they can tell you what the bills were like.
I forget, but I think they give out average monthly over the last year, or something like that.
