Releasing hardened criminals into the general public to save tax dollars is splendid idea. NY is already known to be extremely lenient on the violent crimes these outstanding citizens commit. Why not take it a step further and just release them?
Public lynchings will fix crime rates. These mutts have more rights the the CO’s keeping them inline. the people incharge need to man up, the mutts should have no fucking rights at all.
