wtf? you been :shaggy: ?
I would take the benefits hands down…
:1320:
like fshowcars said, degrees don’t mean shit.
there is not a standard amount of money that comes with a degree. You can vary your salary greatly if you are good at negotiating/interviewing.
I was always a sissy at interviews. I would listen to the interviewer and answer the questions, but would not demand anything. this last job I got was a lot different. I already had a descent job and didn’t care if I didn’t get this one, so I said I need an extra week of vacation to start, parking pass paid for, and $4000 more than the maximun starting salary of the job description. I got everything I asked for. It’s all timing, luck, and a little bit of bullshitting knowledge.
unless they’re required
true - I meant it as far as how much money you can make.
yeah and no… use BS and ‘negotiating’ leverage and you’re golden.
my last two jobs have been BA required positions… :kekegay:
at least in my field… some it’s not even a question.
should have asked for a company truck too :booty:
lol
it can vary greatly. I am 22 yrs. old, i have just a high school diploma and I make just over 40k a year, + a yearly bonus of anywhere from $1500 to $3000 on top of my salary.
???
so this tells us your in sales…
retail management
Hmm I make 40K+ at 22 and still have GREAT health, 401K, and stock options plus 3 weeks vacation … Go union :boink
Still looking into a government job though, its the only way to really have a secure job now adays it seems …
Point me in the right direction to make that kinda money, and benifits!
I work telecom…
What did you go to school for ??
You all making 40K @ 22 can kiss my ass. Thanks.
hahah
Computer Science, and going back into for engineering at Pitt. But I really need a good start into a good job, I bring retail, management, 2-3 techinal skills, and a degree, so I would think I could be at 35-40k range, right or wrong!
might be a little on the high side but not out of range though. sounds like with your background you should move quickly within any company though. with experience in your field you will prob reach you goal rather quickly.
Going into engineering - - normal engineering or Computer Engineering? … Normal Engineers In pittsburgh… umm good luck with the 35-40 out of school… You will be very lucky between 28-33 k …
