Pepboys Speed Shop Grand Opening/ Car Show!!!

Lots of domestics, huh?

More then imports, cars were all over the place. There was a sub class for ricers too lol.

Lol gotta love mobile dynos.

I wish You fggts would have pointed out Andy B. I talked to him enough times.

All was good except for a couple individuals that like to spray coolant everywhere…

It’s a dyno jet with a eddy current brake

[QUOTE=nitroinsane;3484030]It’s a dyno jet with a eddy current brake[/QUOTE

That’s all well and good but clearly it’s gonna put up higher numbers than a mustang dyno, which it did. But it’s neither here nor there as its just a tuning tool. Would love to see Jim’s car run some passes for shits and giggles though.

A lot of cars should run some passes on this forum. I feel it will happen once either him or I man up and buy a trailer.

Haha truth!

lol cars were making less here than on other local dynos, but those numbers are the area standard… mine are high though …100 horse penalty for it being at a pep boys also.

IMO, the numbers seemed very on point. I love how when it’s a mustang dyno, everyone’s like its reading low or high. Why? Because its not a dynojet… Comeon.

Mike I was there the whole time where the hell were you… Lol

lol

In the end every dyno is different mustang ones usually read low dynojet is higher yay which is why its a tool for tuning and trap speed is a better indicator of power.

Was the person with the portable dyno local to Buffalo?

What is this based on? Your opinion? So your opinion is much more accurate than any dyno numbers? Seriously, you would do yourself a favor and not post sometimes…

If only Jim had stretched tires would have been the coolest car there.

They dyno people were from Pennsylvania.

Full bolt on/exhaust 2v Mustang GT 5sp - 251 wheel, LQ4 swapped BMW 329 wheel … these are a couple of cars to gauge. Pretty “normal” numbers for the setups as compared to others on the interwebs. There was an SRT4 there that only made 19X wheel… is that normal? i thought they made more.

edit: lol at stretched tires

haters gonna hate…

most of the cars were muscle cars. Couple import cars.

There was one car there with a body kit, a newer eclipse. It was actually very cool to see. Why? The owner, a middle aged man, got in an accident with it and wanted to rebuild the thing with his 10 year old son. He wanted a car that his son was proud of and liked to ride around in. They now travel around together and go to shows. Very cool to have a dad that likes to spend that much time with his son.

No hate just poking fun I enjoy large domestic cars that look like cat fish

the dyno people are out of North East Ohio. Fly Performance Innovations

Ah that would explain the Ohio plates on the Diesel i saw parked on the side… someone told me PA, sorry for the misinformation lol.

Josh’s neon srt4 made 198whp because his charge pipe poped off. If that didn’t happen it would of made more. He only hit 10psi. The s2000 that was there made 198whp and it was stock except for the catback. Sounds like what the car should be running, but what the fuck do I know? (Owner said to take the car to redline which is 9k). Scott’s 2003 mustang gt with full exhaust and intake and tune made 254whp and 300ft lbs of tourqe… Numbers seem right there. Again what do I know.

Please do us a favor and shut the fuck up, you were not there, and didn’t see the numbers or the runs. You sound like a idot for calling me out on this. Don’t you have some rvs you should be selling?
