CMK Builders built the house, they build mainly in Alden, Akron and Clarence but will build elsewhere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, A+ quality and great team. (Father/son run company)
I will have to take some more pics but here are some before we moved in, backyard pic sucks but you get the idea. We have just shy of an acre and our backyard is against farm/forest land. So every morning you see deer, random fox, etc just walking around its definitely cool while eating breakfast.
I will grab some newer pics soon and show you the semi-finished product.
It’s feel good finally being able to sit back and enjoy, damn. My house in Lancaster was the complete fixer-upper and we definitely put in some sweat equity but sooooo worth it in the end.

Wow, I didn’t know the new Escape’s were that big. My gf has an '04 with 105K on the clock, absolutely beats the piss out of it and it runs like the day she brought it home from the dealer; I’m kind of a closet Escape fan because of it.

Yea, I couldn’t believe it when I pulled it up next to my truck how close it was. The new escapes are definitely super nice, she basically has every option available SYNC, ambient lighting, etc etc…and got custom two leather done for her, all black with silver inserts in the middle.

Very nice place. Where’s it at? You mentioned the builder is mainly akron/clarence are so is that where it is? I’m hoping to find a place just like that in about 2 years, although the wifey wants more of a development-type neighborhood. How’s the location?
We are right in the town of Alden, ~5 minutes from Lancaster and 10 minutes from Darien Lake…aka open country land. I’m originally from Elma (next town over) and wife from Alden so we both love the location. Perfect backroads for the motorcycle, awesome scenery in all seasons, snowmobile tracks everywhere, 30 minutes to trailer the boat to GI/River…what’s not to love…lol
We were against huge development type neighborhoods but wanted some neighbors close by…we fell in love with this area, all new builds with super nice people. I looked for the development layout on their website but couldn’t find one so I took a screenshot from Mapquest, my house isn’t in the pic but you get the idea. (my property outlined in red) So far there are about 15-20 houses built with 2 in process, and there will be ~40 when all complete. Each house will have a minimum of about an acre so the houses are nice and spread apart all with big backyards.
The whole development is being built by CMK but all the houses have their own character and look, ranging from 1600 sqft ranches up to 2800 sqft two floors (so far).
