I was paying ~4500 in the village of lancaster for a 1300 sqft ranch on a lot a tenth what I have now, and paying 6100 a year in Alden. I’ll take that considering I live in Erie County and know what other people pay…I compared the same house and lot in Lancaster and my taxes would have been ~$11,000
