This is 11th grade knowledge, at most.
I am ashamed to have read this and think I actually would someday ask SOME of you for advice in anything.

should we check that site?>
i guess you shouldn’t ask me anything about your jet, i don’t know the answers…lol
they are pretty much at the same point on elisetalk, except they are on page 28…haha i figured out i was stupid by page 10…
Maybe I am the only one who learned this stuff in :HS:
:gotme:
Just makes me think about asking people for advice who think they know all that.
I’ll be the first to say “I don’t know” if I don’t. Not make retarded excuses. And I;m not reffering to everyone
maybe i should have taken physics in HS, and not failed it in college…lol
so your saying that elise owners think @ like 1/2 speed compared to when you ask a mized group of car guys the same question ?
If you had the teacher I had, you would have looooved PHYS.
SHHS’ers know who I’m talking about:eekdance:
this seems to be the case
I don’t like it when 315lb men ride my nuts.
I explained it about 35 times to that numnuts. It’s one thing to not get your head around it, that’s understandable. It’s another to completely ignore the explinations you are given and rebut with stupid crap you pull out of your ass, accusing the other person of being a tard.
tie the plane to the runway using a pulley … plane moves forward, runway backwards … theres your speed matching system … and tell me why the plane wont take off …
^^^ that actually helps out a lot more then those other stupid drawings, i guess iwas thinkin in terms of wheel speed instead of airplane speed
so by that diagram, the plane and belt will be moving at the same speed, but the wheels will most likely be spinning insanely fast. If someone had explained that to begin with i wouldnt have argued it. I agree with everyone else at first, i posted that and voted that way. but then i thought about it all day and changed my mind, but now i see. wierd question tho
youre a douche
You want to know what’s funny? My girlfriend just got back from a 13 hour day at her new lawfirm, needs to prepare for court, came up to chat for a minute, and got the question right. She’s a lawyer… it’s not that hard.
And FWIW, the wheels will not be spinning insanely fast, if the plane moves forward (through the air) at 10MPH in that diagram, the belt will move backwards at 10MPH. The wheels will be spinning at 20MPH.
Not quite infinity like some posts in here would have you think.
B)
Maybe, everyone thought Einstein was a dick too though.
It’s good to see you can learn though. next time, just don’t forget the apostrophe. It’s a contraction.
plane move forward at 10mph
belt moves back at 10 mph
wheels turn at 20mph
works the same way for 48 ,80, 392, 5897 mph …
i thought that the wheels and conveyor belt were supposed to move at the same speed so i was picturing it wrong
Enough is enough…
Wanted to bump the plane on a treadmill thread but 'twas locked. Not the same but it would have been a good bump.
