Pick a smartphone for an old lady

My dad’s fiancee is looking for a smartphone to use in her private law practice. I’ll lay out some ground rules, then you kids go nuts!

Must haves:

-Qwtery
-Bluetooth
-Easy outlook sync (Palm OS is probably too complicated)
-Verizon supported

Would likes:

-Wifi
-Windows OS
-EV-DO

This is an older lady, not too technically oriented. This doesn NOT have to be a current phone. I’m trying to direct her towards Blackberry, but she doesnt want bleeding edge. She already has a Verizon broadband, and lots of customer credit with VZW.

Any help is appreciated, maybe even rewarded with discount/free legal advice.

I never used one before, so I went to verzion to play with them, the phone i found easiest to use was the Q
but thats my opinion, I like that there is a home button, and i dont have to search for back or something

Verizon Wireless branded XV6800. That’s about as good as it gets with WinMo.

The Motorola Q9m/c is alright, except that it doesn’t have Wi-Fi and if you get that phone you just about have to get the extended battery. And then that ruins the whole point of it being a thin smart phone, because then it’s not thin anymore.

x2 for the xv6800
