How much does it cost to blow a high rez picture up into like a 2x3 foot poster? And where can I get this done?

are you talking about using an original, high-res file?
the pic should be at least 10 megapixiels, imo, for a nice 2x3
ive done it from an 8mp and its just at the limit.
sams club does them for 20 bucks if youre a member, but the quality isnt spectacular
other than that i dont really know… every place except sams club sends them out to some place or other.
sams club does it in house, i forget how long it takes. i think an hour or two.
hmmmmm…So basically I need a top of the line camera if I want average quality?
staples does it in 3 sizes starting at about $17 but ya you will need a high res image, Mine was 3500 x 3000 something and it turned out ok.
some of my friends that are import models usually gets it done at walmart. the actual posters they sell whenever they’re at a booth for car shows. i dont know how much though. you can even email it to walmart and pick it up when its ready.
you can get a decent enough 10mp digital camera for around 200 dollars.
^ I’m sure someone on the site wouldn’t mind taking a few pictures with their DSLR for you.
Most mid range ones now a days a 10 megapixels or more
i can print stuff. only up to 16" X 20". if thats any help
what do you want to make a poster out of OP?
Canadian Tire has a 10mp on sale this week for something like 175.
With our business we just go to the sign printing shop to do large images/advertisements.
i’m sure kinkos will do a really good job but they’re pretty pricey.
