Pioneer DEH-P560MP/iPod adapter.

Got a Pioneer DEH-P560MP deck from about early 2004. It’s got mp3 support and IP Bus yadda yadda.

I wanna get the Pioneer IB100ii to sync my iPod up to it and maintain the sound quality. Anyone using this with a Pioneer deck as old as mine? I don’t see why it wouldn’t work, but I also thought about trying to find the IB100 first version and maybe that will work.

Any input is appreciated.

I used the IB100ii with e DEH P47, and it worked fine. The P47 is as old as hell, much older than 2004.

Not sure, but do not think it is worth the effort to seek out an older model.

Also glad it has the IP Bus pass through so I can add the XM as well in the future.
