personally i think “goin up my camp” people every weekend are lame but whatever… If i put once ounce of thought in any criticism i got on this site i certainly wouldnt drive what i drive and do what i do. I met most of my best friends though this g-body shit. I’ll never let any normal life (kids, marriage)circumstances CHANGE my interest in cars… i may have to ADJUST at some point but i’m not all of the sudden gonna drop it. The right girl to me doesnt have to love cars but she has to realize this is my hobby. Sure if i had a kid and he got sick i’d sell a car and do what i have to do but as far as buying a house and stuff… i didnt wreck my credit in my 20’s so i wont have to sell cars and all my possesions to be able to get a loan for a house and stuff. Dropping what you like to do for some reason other than an extreme emergency is panic mode… if you did it for a girl, maybe you shouldnt be with that girl. Unless you have a serious habit any person that says its me or the car isnt worth it.

and on a seriously level anybody that has an issue with quiks living arrangements…file that under you gotta make the choice thats best for your family.

i chose cars over my own place… some of you are happier staying at ur own home drinking beer, i’m happier having a garage full of cars to pick from. one shouldnt have a stigma attached to it.

I know in my situation that my wife knows I need a hobby but I would rather do what she and the kids want over what I want.

And you may have a garage full of cars, but they are 80’s pieces of shit so they don’t really count.
