I turn the playstation on and all i see is black.what can it be? And how can i fix it

heck the vents and see if theyre clogged up with dust, unhook it from power and let it sit for an hour or two and try again.

Use a can of compressed air to clean out the vents.

Press and hold the power button to reset the system. Sometimes that resolves issues.
