For my 30th bday this year, as some of you know, I had a private party at a bar in my hometown, with two bands. One of them a local band, and the other, a national act called “Appetite For Destruction”, a nationally acclaimed Guns N Roses’ tribute band.

My party was private, because that band, those guys, hold a special spot in my heart, so for my 30th, I only wanted my closest friends there. I wasent interested in making money…the party cost me 4500 and I ‘made’ 390 at the door.

However, a group of investors, including myself, is in negotiations with Northern Lights to bring Appetite there next year. It’d be a ‘public’ party, just like any other show there.

Appetite is amazing. I’ve brought well over 30 people to see these guys, and everyone is always amazed, or at least impressed. I absoultely gaurentee that you’d have a blast if you attend.

So, what I’m asking, how many of you guys would be willing to pre-pay your ticket (10 bucks), sometime next fall? I’d like to know, primarily to protect the other investors. Neither them, or myself, is trying to MAKE money, but if we broke even, or even pocketed a few bucks for our efforts, that would be great.

Timeframe for the show would probably be next winter, around this time. I know it’s early, but we’re trying to gauge how much interest we have, to know if we should go thru with it.

i like gnr, deff enough to go waste 10 bucks for a good night with friends and a cover band. its just 99% of cover bands are awful so i will be expecting the worse.

Thanks for the interest. Put this this way, I’m the biggest Axl Rose fan in the world, and my tattoo is of the lead singer of the tribute band. Chad Atkins can play Axl Rose from the 80’s and 90’s better than Axl Rose, dead fucking serious.
