I eat that shit straight out of the can all the time.
Its good stuff,minus the mercury.
Bullshit, asshole, no one likes the tuna here!
Bumble bee in water, i make it pretty dry on really dark toast with cheese. Ofcourse I use alot of seasoning, except salt, no salt its salty enough.
Canned stuff is inedible, but fresh steaks are alright. Tuna steaks/swordfish have almost too much of a metalchicken (robot chicken?) taste, sort of boring compared to much cheaper skate orrr monkfish
if i could eat it without smelling it that would be terrific

side note, fresh tuna doesn’t smell strongly
Back when I was working out more I used to eat 3-4 cans a day.Has a crazy amount of protein in it.Open can, squeeze out juice= 3 protein bars and only cost $.75 or so
I just mix a can of tuna with a couple spoonfuls of relish.
Low carb, high protein lunch.
I probably eat 7 cans of tuna a week…
Tuna steaks are way better, but I usually don’t have the time to grill them.
cheap, tasty, filling. I’ve always loved it.
It’s funny though how much some people HATE it though.
-Solid white albacore in water
-REAL mayo ( miracle whip)
-any bread will do
-franks RH, pepper, and a slice of american
ughhh… and tuna melts if i’m feeling fancy!
I voted meh. I didn’t mind it when i still ate meat.
