my bad i was tired
Thats pretty sweet. Its awesome that the 4-pistons come away being that cheap.
Link to more 300zx calipers? See if I can get some custom carriers made instead of buying some wilwoods.
I Got mine at autozone…Rockauto.com is good too…for this kit u have to use 90-92 TT…or 93-up all Z…90-92 N/As used 26mm calipers that wont work…here is a link to the guy i bought the brackets from…he sells entires kits for maximas but i only opted for the brackets and lines caused i got calipers and rotors cheaper than i would have paid him
Yes, however i’d be using the 26mm calipers if any, as the disks i’d be using are 22mm wide.
What width are the new rotors you put on with the 30mm calipers?
EDIT: I also found a bunch of info Re: these calipers.
http://mattblehm.com/300ZX_brakes.htm
the new rotors are 30mm thick i believe…or jsut under…i didnt measure but i was told 26mm calipers wouldnt work and the new rotors are alot thicker than the stockers
i may bite the bullet and get the second generation 13" brakes for the SHO, i’m abit fan of the full rim look like you have, but i’m a even bigger fan of tearing your passangers face off
Looks good Chrissy…
i actually could have gotten 13" brakes…there is another guy on Maxima.org that fabs brackets for 13" cobra rotors and 300zx calipers…but i opted for the 12.6"…he said only some 17s will clear and i wasnt about to buy everythign and have them not fit
Yeah the Cobra brake kit is out there for the Z as well, but I’m running 350z Track rotors now. HUGE Difference visually, and (from what I hear) much improved braking
 good stuff
nott badd home slice
Those calipers look familiar.
