i fuggin like it.

2nd hottest boat concept ever.

this is in production…

80mpg out of a single 550hp motor? Must be an impressive hull design…

EDIT: 80mpH

Unrelated, just more aquatic JO material.

You do realize that Porsche Design /= Porsche AG right? Albeit a subsidiary, they also make clothes and stuff…

None the less, fuggen hot

huh

[FONT=Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, san-serif] The top speed of the Fearless 28 by Porsche Design is 80+ mph, and at a 40mph cruising speed it has a 164 mile range.

i know they make all sorts of lighters and knives and weird shit…but i believe they are linked

Maybe my impression of boats is off, but it seems like most fast boats need a pair of motors with around that output to achieve that speed. Maybe you thought I was being sarcastic?

EDIT: Fawk. I meant 80mpH. :ham:

that wont go 80 unless its light as hell. My boat barely goes 80, and its smaller, with much more HP and TQ, and has a VERY efficient hull…

That boat blows. For a 28, there is no fucking interior room…

ehh, to be completely honest. for speed, that boat is cool. but anything at about 26 feet and over, i would prefer two smaller motors over one large one.

the handling aspects of twins over single is huge. maneuvering a 28 ft boat with one engine in high winds BLLLOOOOOOOOOWWWSSSSS.

the hull design is to die for, asthetically, thats thing is gorgeous

ide rather go bigger and faster for 300k tho.

You guys want to talk about badass yachts…

80’, you can get this boat up to 70+mph

thats what I meant, I had to go back and read again to see if I missed something

and depending on design you can go really really fast with 600 hp

eh

Probably not with a 28

No matter what, its going to be pretty heavy.

And besides, HP doesnt make a boat go fast. TQ does.

My boat has to be about 500-600hp, and 800-900ft.lb tq

Its a 26’, stepped hull (very efficient)

It probably tops out around 75 now…

And theres no way that boat weighs less.

stepped hulls are good.

do u just have a single 3 blade prop on urs?

that can make a lot of difference too

Yeah, lab finished prop

(looks like cleavers)

give us some more info on ur speed boat. uve sparked my interest

I dunno, a bitch ass 20" seadoo twin rotax jetboat does like 80. I dunno how much HP they have, but i doubt it has more than 200 something each motor.

Just a guess.

I don’t think it’s just HP/TQ, I think it’s also propulsion type…

jet boat propulsion is a whole different system.

going 80+ isnt really too difficult these days tho

I have no pics of my actual boat.

But, heres some of the same model

Thats all i got. Its very rare, so finding specs is damn hard.
