Uh… it had twins, and they weren’t “huge” by any means. I’m not sure what you’re talking about.
hahahaha
thats awesome. what did you make it for?
I found it online, it’s actually for some experimental/homemade pulse detonation engine :lol
I think he is remembering before the v8 went in. maybe?
Really not a huge fan of the plenum and the lack of radius on the entry to the runners, but other than that looks like a quality peice.
Alot of time goes into making a quality intake manifold, between our stamping dies, machined runners, flanges, porting etc its almost not worth the price point lol
What I want to know is how the hell do they fit a tig in side to weld the seams inside? Not to mention see what the hell your doing? I looked at it for a while and cant figure out how some of the welds were made.
I got a boner looking at it, I cant wait to get home and finish tig’n up the full skin on the truck we are working on.
well I kinda figured 1 side was off at all times so you could get inside to tig it…
The question become when you weld on that final piece how da fuck do you weld the inside of that…
but from the looks of it I want to say they useed the openings of the TB’s to get in there and weld up that final spot as it quite small and not as long of a bead as the other pieces
Could be wrong thou
Yeah me to…
Damn you!
