52 tires and still accumulating…

^^ you got an addiction bro…

First diffs, now tires, what’s next?!!?!

haha. You got tires for days, that’s for sure.

Got some LED corner lamps to replCe the stock ones. Pretty bright for what it is.

And matches my HID’s relatively well, and helps out with lighting up the road, especially some of the less iluminated spots that you get with JDM lights.

Nice! do you find your drivers side cutoff kicks up high to the left when sitting in the car?

Ive significantly lowered the drivers headlight to avoid blinding oncoming until i find the time to crack open the projector :S

lol, mine does… Haven’t found the time to adjust everything yet.

Nope. It’s a bit lower, however, I am on coils, so it isn’t shooting from as high of a centre of gravity, so it’s not in anyones face. That and projectors of course=never high beamed. If I were to open them up and try and recorrect the JDM factor, I’d just end up retro fitting S2K projectors in there. It’s a serious pain in the ass. Maybe one day, but not anytime soon.

I am on the fence about wiring in an LED glove box light tomorrow. I just need to figure out a way to have it shut off while the glove box is closed so it isn’t constantly running. Any suggestions? Once I can figure that out the rest will literally be less than 5 minutes.

Where do you get all your led’s??? And what kind are you using?

I am just going to Pac Mall and getting the ones in bulb form. To me, it’s a lot better for smaller things like the plate lights, corners, etc since it is already very compact, no cutting required., and they were designed for wedge bulbs anyway…you can also buy 360 LED bulbs there which they only know as wide angle, but it’s 40 a pair for 174’s which would be your brakes, signals, and reverse lights. On an S14 it is not worth cutting open the reverse light section with a hot knife, so I have the biulb. For the tails and brakes it is just the white back that unclips., so you can literally pop in breadboards and do a custom design which would just be better IMO. The 360 bulbs are really bright though, and can be worth it if you just want to keep it simple.

A little break down;

-two 194 LES bulbs for the license plate, 8 LEDs per bulb. I would have got the 12’s if I had my time back, however, the 8’s are bright enough that there is a rectangle of light behind me.

-3 194 12 LED bulbs for the gauge cluster and a 74 for the clock. Think it cost me 29 for all three

-I forget which bulb it is for the dome light, think it is $8

-Two wide angle 194 wedge bulbs for the front corners, $15 a pair

-Two 174’s for my reverse lights, wish they were wide angle because they’d be stupid bright lol. 14 a pair

-One extra 194 12 led bulb I had left over from the gauge cluster in the trunk.

All bulbs are 6K since that is just a clean non-dicey form of light for me. I was thinking of doing brighter kittle boards foe cheaper than PAC mall for accessory lighting if there were interest in it.

I forgot to note that you have to buy them in pairs. I am pretty much giving my left overs to friends. / waiting to meet someone with a burnt out clock bulb to do their clock.

Anyway, the climate control you can eitheir use NEO bulbs or solder in a wide angle led with resistor into eitheir the circuit board itself which can be faulty, or just run a positive and negative to a power source that doesn’t come on till the headlights are flicked on. You can even do the digital climate control as well and make it more baller.

Has anyone told you that you’re awesome lately?

Seriously. Awesome post… Thank you very much…

All my S14 bulbs are starting to burn out… My front corners SUCK ASS… Brakes aren’t very impressive either.

haha leds pwn

mine

Hang on, I realized that I made a mistake. I have the correct bulbs from Sylvania.

I did use a 194 in my trunk even though it list’s a 168, so the 194 does work.

Yeah, I was going through that and just went to town on everything with the help of my friends and crew.

The list recorrected:

-Parking light, third brake light, and license plate bulbs are 168

-Reverse Light, Turn Signals Front and back 1156

-Tail light, Stop light 1157

-Dome light DE3175

Since English Isn’t their first language, bring the bulbs in to be safe. 360 LED’s are wide angle to them so if you ask for 360’s they will say they don’t have them, when they really do. They’re just fobbed out like that, so bring a bulb in and ask for wide angle where applicable so you don’t get fucked.

This car is the perfect example of what 360 bulbs can do. Simple, clean, bright. If you want a hassle free superior upgrade, it’s a good option.
