First test, “tethered” to my laptop via Joikuspot. (Program that turns my phone into a wifi hotspot so I’m going laptop->wifi->phone->cellular)

OK figure out a way to test yours, then post it!

I’ll take it. Even though that upload looks a little :tif: Samsung Jack, performed on the phone thru Skyfire, AT&T 3G, 3/5 bars in Snyder.
EDIT: Generally the bigger the file the more reliable the result. I like testmy.net because it adjusts the file size to provide a more credible answer.

Speedtest.net app, iPhone, sitting in strong 3g coverage in Amherst.
And Fry, you really should run the test from the phone. I’ve noticed my speedtests are always a bit faster when I run them through a PC that is tethered to my phone.

I forgot you have a lame phone. :rx3:
Fry you n00b, you don’t need a silly ‘app’ like these other losers since your phone can use flash right in your web browser.
If the main page of ‘speedtest’ doesn’t work, use this: http://www.speedtest.net/mini.php
Works for me, but I closed out before it completed since my connection is stupid slow anyway… stupid slow, but stupid cheap
