Don’t forget, Companies can and do look into credit history.

damn way to take this WAY offtopic

and mine is perfect.

Well, to get back on track:

Again, this is actually the one that went into my buddy’s car, but I got the same thing. ACT dual disc, holding 900rwhp/800-something rwtq in his YSi C6Z… should do in mine.

With that basically all the necessary parts are ordered! Might still do a wide-band/AFR gauge haven’t decided (obviously it’s going to be tuned on wide-band, but I might want to monitor at all times).

it’s never a bad idea to monitor wideband all the time

True. The PLX setup I’ll probably do I can monitor any/all OBD-II functions too on bad-ass LED displays:

Plus they have a logging setup I’ll get too.

Signed papers today, they break ground around the 1st of the year and be finished around April/May…

The house is really cool, but the garage space is small and blows :frowning: But the wife is stoked.

And yes, we can thank our college degrees, I may not need my PITT degree to get my job, but it helps and she wouldn’t have hers without her Degree, even if it isn’t in the same field.

nice. congrats

Fixed. enjoy the garage

I hate to say it out loud, since they have a bad reputation from the homes they build 15-20 years ago… but it’s a Maronda home. It’s a newer floorplan, it will be the only one in it’s neighborhood, they are using the same floorplan, different elevation in Cranberry as a model. about 2900 sq ft w/ 1200 sq ft unfinished in the basement. The biggest downside to Maronda is that you don’t have a lot of options. So although it will be new, I’ve already got a pretty big project list for upgrades… such as tiling all of the bathrooms and laying hardwood in a few rooms… but we’re really excited. I found out that if we hadn’t signed papers this last weekend we would have lost the house as two other parties were ready to come down and sign and this saturday they are increasing the lot prices by 3,000 for the remainder of the neighborhood…

anyways, alot more than what you asked but thanks! and green I like the look of the 4 car… maybe the wife will let me knock the wall out of the office and make another garage! yeah, maybe not

Still probably better than the Ryan Homes they just put up near me. Most of them are having a lot of problems.

I’ve been in Ryan homes before to do work and seen unfinished spots in walls, cracked tiles, loose boards here and there, etc.

My recommendation would be to check in on the build fairly often. My buddy’s parents had a house built in North Huntingdon (can’t remember the builder) and they would go up to check on the progress. They stopped by one day and found they were using 1/4" board instead of 3/4" or something along those lines. They had to tear a bunch of stuff back down and re-build it with the “right” hardware.

Said and done though, the house is gorgeous.

Heartland Homes > maronda and Ryan. Just alot more expensive lol. That looks like its going to be a pretty sweet house foz! good luck and congrats on the purchase!

Do the amish use measuring tapes?

yowzer Maronda. Like Jesse said just watch them like a hawk! I am sure it will turn out find, I hate that they don’t let you put options in when they are building it. Makes no sense to me.

Are they putting copper or PVC in for plumbing? What is the spacing on studs?
