i have a problem

yeah you do. Did you ever finish that Trooper?

Dinner at QSL. Couple shirts from the mall. New pair of insulated/water proof carhart gloves for work. Monopoply for Wii. New 60" tripod for my camera.

Is the gloves for shoveling snow or actually doing labor ( not bulky ) ?. I need a pair desperately !

link?

the pair i have now arent waterproof and not insulated, but can grip a fraded cable and throw some tarps

1 liter sigg bottle and a zippered north face hoodie

Jim,
Heres the link http://www.carhartt.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10101&storeId=10051&productId=111795&langId=-1&categoryId=10904

They are bulkier than like a mechanics glove, but there going to be because of the insulation. They are the thinnest insulated gloves I have bought yet, and I can still turn wrenches, start nuts on bolts, etc … And will be able to still “feel” with them.

I work outside with water everyday running Acid Mine Water Drainage Plants (we treat the water out of adandoned coal mines & treat it for the rivers, streams, etc.) … And winters are harsh since cold & water don’t mix well. These are my first pair of “waterproof” so we will see how they work. During our cleanouts and such are super sloppy and wet jobs, and suck in the winter.

I got the traditional “carhartt brown & black” color, and they seem like a nice glove so far … but pricey at $40 bucks. If they keep my hands warm & dry there worth every penny!!

40 bucks jeeez. they better last more then a year for regular use per night for me.
not turning wrenches or hours at a time straight use. mike your gonna have to give an update soon on them

Those mechanix gloves are a joke. mine shows fingertips for finger banging mary jane rottencrotch after a month

coooooooooooooooooter is mikeys hero:blue:

ah shit. small world

Yeah I always end up having fingers sticking out, and trying to put the gloves back together with electrical tape

I know what you mean … I hope they last for the price too. I usally end up buying a bunch of Dickies 100g Thinsulated … Gabes sells them for like 8 bucks a pair :bigok: … Nice and warm, but if they get wet your screwed.

Ill let you know how these hold up!!

good ole "heavy duty"garden gloves been working well, but screwed if they get wet too.
takes forever to dry out sitting on the defroster in the truck on high. but damn they are durable

your definitely a guinea pig on this one

2.4 full port & Polished, gasket matched, 5 angle valve job, 1mm stainless steel Indy oversized valves, Crane valve springs, and the upgraded lifters and rockers from a PT Cruiser, Crower stage 3 3/4 race cams, Crane cam gears.
The cam gears will be switched out for 2.0 AEM gears since I have since changed the block to a 2.0

You’d shit a brick if i told you what I paid for it…

Picked up a Wii today.

Nice … Shooting for 15’s?

 Yep!

na, with proper tuning with my azenis tires I should be lookin about low to mid 14’s.
slicks, maybe high 13’s if I get a good run in

I feel bad for you if the “upgrade” for your car consists of a part from a PT CRUISER!

to each his own.

thousands of people have had plenty of fun in Rabbit GTIs and CRX SIs.
