Picked up a hi-point .45 carbine. Such a great weapon and perfect for closer situations. I put the extra mag holders on the back, strobe flash light in the front and the forward pistol grip.

A Remington 870 would not be my choice in any kind of apocalyptic event,I had some gift cards for the Niagara gun range that I used last Thursday and I have a huge bruise on my bicep and shoulder from renting this cannon. I had it quite snug to my shoulder,I’ve fired other rifles from the same spot on my shoulder and never had any issues.It was my first time with a shotgun and I went through like 25 shells in maybe like 5-10 minutes,not sure as to what kind of ammo it was,the kid working the counter grabbed 16 gauge ammo at first and obviously it wouldn’t fire,so he comes back with this other ammo and says “it was the wrong ammo,my mistake,this is the correct ammo and considerably more expensive”. Turns out after googling " 870 express bruise" people get all kinds of rape from this gun,cheek,shoulder,arm. :lol:

What’s you pay for the ammo?
Shotguns have minimal accuracy it wouldn’t be my first choice. My mossberg 930 really beat my shoulder up first time I took it to the range. Last few times I have had no pain after.
