What time are we meeting for Setup on Thursday?
Craig said he will be there in the morning. You can show up whenever THursday just make sure it is before 10pm 
I will be there sometime thursday evening, not sure if I can make it after work, but I will be there to make sure there are no problems with the booth.
The staff there will direct us to our display area?
Let’s set up a time to meet. This way it will probably make things go a little smoother. How does 6pm work for everyone? This way we can all go in at once so to speak and there should be less confusion.
I would say 6:30pm as realistically that would be around the time I could make it. 6pm would be too tight on time for me.

No they won’t IIRC. And unfortunately we have no idea exactly where we are…Liz is a piece of work…so when you arrive look for Craig and his blue 350Z Vert, he will already be in the booth.
Just got the info packet/show vehicle confirmation today - says to enter on the south side of the Agricom, staff should be there to meet us at the overhead doors of Halls ‘B’ & ‘C’ and direct us.
Ok, so shall we meet at that location around 6:30-7ish? That way we can go in as a group. Let me know if that works for everyone.
