How do you guys overcome this problem? The stock rims won’t fit over the 300ZX brake conversion. Other than storing your car for the winter…any cheap ideas on what to do?

Thanks. Strange though (that the 7spokes clear) because the 5spokes from a 4th gen Maxima SE don’t (aren’t wide enough, the insides of the spokes themselves actually interfere with the calipers. (a friend had this problem on his Maxima).
Do you have to use spacers on the 7spoke rims?

This has been discussed ad nauseum.
There are two types of 7spoke s13 wheels. They are identical on the outside of the face, but on the inside they differ in their design of the supporting ribs. The wheels with a single rib, which is thicker, do not clear w/o a small spacer. The rims with two ribs per spoke do indeed clear without spacers.
