eBay Price (Brand New): $149.95
Just received these yesterday from the eBay store geekdeals. They were brand new in retail packaging. I previously had the [Logitech Precision](http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/gaming/pc_gaming/headsets_microphones/devices/2986&cl=us,en) headset, so this was a major upgrade. These headphone are (as pictured) closed so you are only hearing music/games rather than the GF nagging. The cups swivel slightly which allows you to turn your head while the headset stays firmly on your noggin. They fit firmly and don't move around. The headband is adjustable also.
After a trial run with some various music from death metal to classical symphonys, these provide a wider surround sound. The PC350 also adds bass to the mix as other cheaper ones don't. It isn't overwhelming either like some of the SkullCandy's can be. Took them for a spin in the Battlefield 2 mod AIX and the Sniper Rifle had a nice bass tone to it and the shot rang out through the cliffs of the level.
It connects via the standard (2) 1/8" jacks. There is also a small "control panel" on the headphones that allow for the mic to be switched On/Off. The volume controller is a wheel on the side of the controller, which is much easier than embedded iPod style wheel of the logitechs. Those wheels became over time almost impossible to move. The microphone is located on the left side and is adjustable up and down, but is no detachable like some.
After further research on the Sennheiser site, I found that the earpads are replaceable and there is a USB adapter that can be purchased. This was an easy choice for me due to the known quality of Sennheiser. Their headphone/headset products range from affordable earbuds to headphones for audiophiles that are close to $1,000.
