I listen to music all day at work. Right now I just have a pair of cheap over-ear headphones. I’m looking to spend 200 dollars or less and want over-ear style…
Right now Im trying to decide between the BOSE for 140 dollars, the Sennheiser for 170 dollars, or the SONY MDR600 for 70 dollars.
Any input?

Damn. I hate paying more than $8 for a set and that explains why the foam earpiece covers are glued on my set. Im a cheap fuck.

I have headphones you will love. They look great and basically the effect of them is earplugs with speakers inside of them.
I got them at radioshack for 20 bucks. I love them. Hold on 1 second, I will get you the link for them.

Skullcandy for the money are really great, I love mine.
Bose FTW, they make a fantastic product, but for headphones I feel that’s a bit much.

Sound quality…
Ear-buds just cant give you the sound that over-ears can…
Plus I want it to be 1995 again (kidding)

I thought the same thing until I tried out the skullcandy’s.
Technology has really come along way with those things.

I agree completely, I had an old set that sounded like trash even compared to the stock Ipod ones, but the technology has come a long way with all of them…

I’m telling you, these are nothing like the plastic housing earbuds you are probably accustomed to. For 20 bucks pick up a set for on the go or something, wouldn’t hurt to at least try them.

Anyways sonys Studio headphones are really good but a bit on the pricey side
I just ordered a set of Grado SR60’s over ears…
Best headphones for the money IMO without spending over 100 bucks…
If you have experienced any type of recording you’ll hear the difference quite well:)
