put 400 on the bike this weekend

This is what I have read. The more blue it is, the less distance the light has. The more yellow, the more distance.

The kit I bought has a second harness for another ballast, in which you could connect another hi/lo bulb to it. The hi/lo is activated by a solenoid in the bulb. I bought a 55w 6000k kit from these guys for $61.25 shipped to my door. It was well recommended by some guys on a motorcycle forum. I figured for that low price, I’ll try it out.

It seems like a very well made product for the money. I think a replacement bulb is $15. They do offer a lifetime warranty on all components. I still want to order an extra bulb, so if it does fail, I am not down waiting for a bulb.

I will state that this HID kit is every bit as bright as my OEM Acura TL Type S HID setup, if not brighter.
