Q45 V8 S14

Found this today… Kinda cool if you ask me. Personally if i was to ever put a V8 in 240 this would be my only choice…

Yeah and a manual transmission. Personally Id go with an LS1, a motor built for performance but hey thats just me.

The vh is more of a performance engine then the LS1. Stock forged internals, molly coated pistons, roller rockers, hand welded stainless steal exhaust manifolds, 7000rpm redline. There are guys in Australia pushing over 1000hp on stock internals. Try that with stock LS1… The vh was born to be a race engine and after raceing it at LeMans they put it in the Q.

VH, Q45 weight vs LS1/LS6 + viper tranny weight = ?

vh45 only weighs 40 - 50 lbs more then the KA. That is nothing for doubling the hp…if you worried about andeling , get coil overs and have the car properly balanced. I will be moveing alot of stuff from the engine bay to the trunk to counter act the wieght.

well keep us updated! :slight_smile: I am concerned with weight and handling yeah… I am interested in a circuit car/time attack car, not interested in drag car or drift car.
