QG18DE Misfire problem

SES light came on the other day and it felt like my car was misfiring…sure enough the code was 0303 <-- cylinder 3 misfire… pulled the coil and in the tube that the coil goes in was a bunch of white powder stuck to the sides…all others are fine (almost looks like flour) pulled the plug and looks as if it’s burning hot also.

I can’t really tell if there is any damage past the plug though…

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I dont really understand, where was the white powder? and what did the tip of the plug look like? is it possible to take a picture?
