cd player is a 740mp , it plays “data” burned discs, and has 2 outputs and 1 input in the back… all 3 are rca outputs, i bought a Y-cable from the store, dual rcas into one 3.5 mm headphone jack and plugged it into my ipod… all i get is static, even when its unplugged… i am in AUX mode on the cd player… anybody ever use this… maybe for a dvd player or xm or mp3 player???
i know u say your in the AUX mode in the cd player…did u plug it into the AUX jacks coming off the back of the radio? might be a stupid question but just making sure u didn’t plug it into the front or rear output instead
yea… i thought about that… im sure i got it in the right one… pretty sure… lol… the 2 outputs have a 3 inch extension cord out of the back, the other ones are connect to the case of the deck itself… hmmm anybody ever use the aux mode on a pioneer deck?
if its not too much trouble i’d pull it out to make sure, if i remember correctly the other one is gonna be a sub out…possible u plugged it into that one?
they are labeled… sub out… (which is in use) and front out, that leaves the one i plugged into… no its not hard to do at all… i just wish it would work… ughh the fm transmitter i have sucks…
