[quick question] - what kinda alcohol should i use ?

i touched my bulb today by accident, what kinda alcohol shud i use to wipe the bulb ? and what’s the correct procedure for wiping it ?
jsut use cotton ? and do i need to wipe with water after im done with the alcohol ?
