6 drinks over 4 hours doesn’t seem like drunk driving to me.

Everyone handles alcohol differently and 6 drinks over 4 hours can be a lot especially if its mixed drinks and they are stronger then one shot of alcohol. Either way he was driving like an ass and was drinking so its still stupidity.
