we will never know who was driving the car at the time of the wreck, and a post of a picture with drinks in the hands 2 hours before hand means nothing to me (wouldn’t prove anything in court), so to me there is no reason to even bring in a possible drinking and driving into the equation, the only people that were hurt were the ones in the car and it sucks that they are both dead.

Well put. For all anyone knows he could have had a seizure driving home for fucks sake, we’ll never know.
