is there any chance that this could be dropped into my NA 300zx using the stock diff?
im thinking all R200 diffs are interchangeable or somthing!
im sure ill need a diff cover also!

This should be able to replace the carrier in your stock diff providing it is an actual Z31 unit. Essentially you unbolt the stock carrier from the gears, bolt this into place and then have a shop set up the backlash and preload for you.
As far as I know the axles from the NA to the Turbo diffs were the same unless you got the VLSD in the Shiro edition.
After looking at the pictures on the site though, I think this is only the LSD case, I don’t think there are any clutches or anything inside the case. Maybe ask the seller?
