Does it have launch control?
If so, does pressing the button void anything?
the base model has launch control, no reason they would remove it on the spec-v. The launch control does not void warranty, but some dude tried to get them to replace his drivetrain under warranty, but they wouldn’t because he did nothing but launch the car all the time. so it doesn’t but it does when used improperly

actually disabling the launch control does void the warranty

they are removing it from the car for next year… so yes, it is entirely likely that the specV might not have launch control.
