I grew up around the corner from this place and always thought it would be sweet to live there. I used to cut this guys lawn for a while too. If only it was in the city it ,would be perfect. I have always been really attracted to out of place buildings that have been converted to residential space. i want to pick up some shitty warehouse, and make it a lifetime project.

EDIT: im not posting this to try to stir up business or anything. I just think it is a great property. However, if this post magically turns into a nyspeed related sale, I will definatly do something wonderful for nyspeed.
