Simple green has a tendency to discolor alot of finishes. Even used as a wheel cleaner on robust OEM finishes can eventually leech its way into any small compromised spots and do some pretty nasty damage. It has a good chance of seriously etching or discoloring uncoated things like intercoolers and unfinished wheels as well. Just a beware…
fuck dude. and I thought I had bad luck lol.
are you going to persue the garbage truck company? probably didn’t get the name of it, but it would be fairly easy to prove since it will likely need to be serviced and you could hold a sample of the hydraulic fluid. I would.
They usually are. Therapy helps, but it’ll be a while. Stay strong.
This story was pointless without pictures.
I wrote down the company name and the truck number, but I’m not going to pursue them at all. I’m just going to chalk it up as life. I don’t think there is any real damage, the paint seems fine and I’m not worried about the ~$10 in wipers.
Really wasn’t in the mood to run outside and snap pictures. Plus I washed the car once as soon as I got home. It is like 50 and raining out, once I got inside I just wanted to sit down and watch some tv while relaxing.
I know the story blows, I just wanted to vent a little.
:bush: :shoot: :headbang:
Simple Green and Dawn
God damn garage trucks…
do you spray the simple green on dawn and rub her on the car? or how does this work?
:bigclap:
You got it all wrong, all you have to do is hand Dawn the simple green, she takes care of the rest.
lmao.
