I misread that as most tracking info is chronological. The chances of nobody being home at my house are pretty slim, I received no slip from FedEx, no call, no email, etc. Their customer service as you can see took days in between contacting them to answer me. I do understand shipping does get mixed up and shit happens, but their ability to resolve my problem was dismal.
+1, I refuse to do business with them. Warranties go through them, and the warranty on a brand new Motorola Bluetooth was 3 months. It crapped out a few days past the 3 month mark, and they refused to do anything.
Well yeah, the warranty was for 3 months, not 3 months and a few days.

Fact of the matter is, TigerDirect takes over warranty on their products instead of the manufacturer; for whatever reason. 3 Months is complete garbage for a warranty.

they lost my wastegate for over a month, then magically found it and delivered it, all while dodging everything and making excuses the whole time
i paid for 2day shipping on injectors to albany, they sent it to rochester, then to albany, then back to rochester then back to albany, and took 5 days
they took 2 and a half weeks to ship something to new jersey
they just suck
fedex lost a transmission for my taurus for over a month… it was in a big black plastic crate…

LOL where to begin…
they put out corporate newsletters that flat out say that they promote people based on hotness, and a “beautiful employees” list which the managers tell the workers they have to look like if they want a promotion, along with corporate doing visits to stores and instructing them to fire people that didn’t look like the posters…theyve been sued a ton of times for racial discrimination cause they only hired blond haired blue eyed white people…they require the $7 an hour part timers to only wear current season, current year clothes, for several hundred dollars an outfit.and if they wear last year’s shit or something and say they can’t afford new stuff, they’re told to buy one outfit and wear it to work every single day…some of the stores were donating returns to charity and they were told to start throwing them out instead because “giving them away cheapens the brand”…and basically for all of those employees that they abuse, they know they’re all HS and college kids with no money, and they basically challenge them to sue. Just a shitty company.
Plus, they don’t make a fucking shirt that goes over my shoulders. Their XL is really a medium and their small is equivalent to something at Baby Gap.
