I have no harsh feelings. The situation was ambigious, and people on the outside looking in are going to explain it by saying Howie and Walter are nasty creatures, when in reality it was the position they were in.
That’s mainly why I held back on accusing them of “bashing.” I didn’t know for sure if they knew that I was gay or not, so given the situation (and me not caring too much about what other people think) I decided to stick up for myself even if they really didn’t know AND it was just a joke. So I take ownership to the following…crap. I could have passed it along like oookay tehehe funny little joke, but I like to stick up for myself. 
(that doesn’t actually change reality)

i got up this morning and read through that thread and became more irritated as the thread went on with the immaturity. im glad it was a misunderstanding and things got set straight. Hopefully we wont get down to that level again here. props to manning up and apoligizing.

I already said my piece in the other thread, and I know I’ve given Corey a hard time recently, but honestly, I don’t even think I can remember what he said to get so much sand in my vag.
Had it not been Corey, but Beck or Newman in the title, everyone would have had a laugh, but that wasn’t the case. Howie and I were talking the whole time and laughing about the absurdity of my pictures, and that alone :shrug:
Aside from immaturely trying to get under Corey’s skin for his comments about my lack of ability to care for a cat, neither Howie or I meant it as anything more than a joke. We all know that, and the dead horse is tired of beaing beaten. I’m sorry, and I don’t usually say that because when I act like a dick (online), I typically think that person deserved it for one reason or another and Corey didn’t at all.
The reason people like Howie and the others on this site laugh at me on here is because they know that when it all comes down to it, I’d buy just about every one of you a beer at the bar, right after telling you were a douche for putting 14" rotors in the rear of your car.

i actually missed the excitement, and after skimming thru the controversial thread and knowing Corey from my days at Bubble Tea, I couldn’t help but giggle at how it came off as being more embarrassing than insulting. That being said, I think the thread was actually good for the NYSpeed community in terms of educating us on making insensitive comments on various “lifestyle diversites” (if you could even catergorize such a thing).
Bottomline is that as a group, we all pretty much respect and like each other, regardless of our beliefs, cultures and lifestyles. And I know i was in buffalo (and if Walter was there too), I would invite everybody out to have a beer at “Buddies”. :tup:
