Rear glass installation troubles.

Is he familiar with SafeLite’s loss policy by any chance? Can you ask him what his company would do if a situation like this were to occur?

This window does have those little clips, I learned that much from helping the first guy install the window. I like the glass itself (especially compared to the stock glass that was in it) and I know it fits nice and snug without glue. So I can only attribute this fiasco to installer error.

I don’t recall if Advanced was one of the places I called for pricing, but EVERY other place in my area that I called was $500+ and most were in the $650 - $800 range. :eek3: I think the total from SafeLite was $230 something… even if I would of been lenient with the gaps, thats enough of a price difference to make me go to them. But screw me once, shame on me… screw me twice, shame on their technicians… there will not be a 3rd time.
