Batavia, NY - A Genessee County woman is due in court Tuesday to answer to an adultery charge; police say it stems from an incident Friday at a Batavia Park.
Witnesses say the 41-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man were having sex on a picnic table in view of families nearby.
She and the man are also charged with public lewdness.
According to court papers, the woman told police she has a transgender husband with whom she no longer has relations, and that “one thing led to another.”
The woman said she feels awful this happened, but claims she and the man were not in plain sight, and that no children were nearby.
The adultery charge I think bothers me more than them having sex in the park. Welcome back to the 1800’s NYS. Charge them both with public lewdness and be done with it.
Or, if you’re serious about charging people with adultery you better charge Paterson and Spitzer since they both admitted having affairs.

I used to spend a lot of time in “blahtavia” as I call it, a bunch of my family lives there and my gf is from there originally. I’ll never live there, but it’s nice to visit from time to time

LOL when i was a kid there was a couple doing this in the park next to the play ground I was playing on. All I remember was my mom going over to them screaming about how disgusting they were, and telling them they better leave or she would call the cops.
