I am too lazy to google and research this but my question is what devices/programs are required if I wanted to record a video game I am playing on my TV.
For example my PS2 is just connected with composite A/V cables into input 1 on my TV, do I need some sort of half way box and an tuner card for my PC? I would like to capture sound as well.
basic tuner card. can get them for under 20$ shipped if you look.
Aka you have some baller move or high score and you want to capture it via the PC?
Exactly what articzap said, a tuner card is a good investment. Desktop or Laptop? When I get a free moment I’ll post up a couple good prices.
desktop, would the ps2 just hook into the TV tuner card and play on my PC monitor? and screen capture it?

I know of a guy who records his computer games through his TiVO.
