The cobalt has NO CHANCE at all. You do realize that the SRT4 is a tad bit faster or dead even (depending on who u talk to) with a 99-04 Mustang GT in stock form right? Were talking about an NA cobalt here.
that cobalt sounds soo ricey… i dont want to say nice kill for the srt, however it looks sexy, and we allready know that there quick little cars :tup:

The race will be closer when they rematch. I know for a fact his cars faster then this based on past cars he beat. 25-30 roll in 2nd gear isn’t a strong point.

Cobalt’s power band != SRT’s power band. If he wanted to control the race, he should have beeped and kept the SRT out of his power band. He would have had a better chance too.

Well I own a Cobalt SS and my buddy has G5 GT (same as SS/NA) The powerband should be right around 40ish mph in 2nd gear. However in the vid posted that honestly wasn’t even remotely close… it’s one thing to get a jump but he just pulled and kept pulling hard, no need for a rematch unless he gets some giggle juice IMO.
Well they both plan on cruising together to NYI Saturday, so they’ll rematch for fun. Not a big deal. Its all for fun right?

I cannot tell from the vid. Does the SRT4 have black/gun metal rims? It looks like the one I ran last night.
