Renault did not win the constructor’s champ. They did win the driver’s champ tho, with Alonso the youngest F1 world champion in history.
As of now Mclaren Mercedes is 2 points ahead of Renault, with two more races left in the season.
Oh and Renault has about a 45% stake in Nissan.
First Spaniard to win a world championship in a LONG time too.
