I’m looking for a reputable GM dealership to service my vehicle.
I’ve had bad experiences at the last 2 i’ve been to.

Good question. The guys at Crivelli seem pretty decent, but I haven’t ever had work done there.
I had stuff done at Castriota which was done right, but they also wanted to change the rack in my Beretta ($700) which was a leak caused by a hard line ($110 part). So I dunno.
Where have you gone so far? PM Me if you don’t wanna mention it here.
Crivelli’s or DAY, i used to take my truck to DAY chevy for warranty work, and was happy with the service
I used to take my Pontiac to Nick Chevrolet/Pontiac up in Tarentum. They always handled my problems quickly, were easy to deal with and always washed my car.

Eh…don’t really know about Day…when my mom has her 03 trailblazer they had to go in and fix the same thing MORE than twice…something in the suspension KEPT going…
Maybe it was not the dealer/service, maybe it was because it was a Chevy
