I need to reset my computer to the original factory settings. How do I do this?
I think I have ot turn it off then turn it on and hit some buttons? Can any one help me out.
I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 :doh:
you will need to find the discs that came with your computer… you will need those to reinstall / restore windows.
some dells have a factory restore built into them. during the boot process, a blue bar with www.dell.com appears at the top of the screen.
immediately, upon seeing the blue bar, press ctrl + f11
