They would probably last for so long until they are blocked again especially if your place of employment uses a border manager or a cymphonix box, it can track the sites you go to and how many times you go to it.

I dont know how they block or not… They blocked this fairly quick the first time, yet im on Jeepforum and MBworld all the time for a LONG time without problems.
