Good movie. typical Stephen King movie. the plot was similar to how IT went. very slow, plot building, then WHAM BAM people start dieing type of thing. I didn’t read the book so I cant compare. its like a tarrentino film, if you dont like stephen king, you wont like it… his stories just are unique.
Some of the parts where scary some where more plot building. Sam Jackson was awesome… i love him as an actor.
The ending was one of my top ten movie endings… i got teh chills…
I liked it enough… There was only one time when I flinched, but it was pretty well done.
SPOILER:
I wasn’t sure if my comprehension of the ending was accurate, and I don’t believe what I WANTED to happen is what they intended, but:
I wish when they played the tape recorder and heard the girls voice, it implied that the both of them were now stuck in the room together, similar to what happened 3/4 of the way through the movie. When the room took over his laptop and spoke out to her to come to the room alone etc… that really happened, etc.
As I tried to say, I doubt this was the intention of Stephen King or the director, but it would have been cool if the movie ended that way
